Money & admin / interactive example
Know what came in.
Know what’s left.
See income and expenses together, switch between businesses, keep a receipt with an expense, and export the details. Try it with sample numbers below.
This example tracks money received and expenses paid. Change the business or date range to update the report and export.
No bank connection. Changes stay in this page until you reload. This simplified cash-basis example excludes taxes, unpaid invoices, depreciation, and other accounting adjustments.
Where the money went
Each business, separately
Combined totals are for this demonstration. Each business keeps its own records.
| Date | Business | Details | Type | Amount |
|---|
For the detail-minded: how could this work in a real system?
We can scope business-specific access, income and expense categories, inclusive date filters, receipt attachments, and export formats. Bank feeds, receipt text extraction, reconciliation, tax reporting, and accounting-platform integrations would be agreed separately. The demo does not connect to your accounts or perform those services.
Keep the proof with the numbers
Receipt in hand.
Expense in its place.
Choose a receipt photo, or use our sample. Review the details before adding an expense to the demo. This example does not read text from images automatically.
On supported phones, you can take a photo. Images stay in this page and are not uploaded. JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB.
No receipt selected yet.
Ask in your own words
Less clicking.
Just tell it what you need.
Type a supported request or speak it. This demo previews the action and asks you to apply it. A custom assistant can be designed around your own workflows.
This is a limited command demo, not a general AI assistant. Voice input uses your browser’s speech service, which may process audio remotely. Microphone use is optional; typing works too.
More possibilities, with the right controls
A custom assistant could prepare reports, find records, draft follow-ups, or create tasks. We would define its allowed actions, business permissions, review steps, and activity history. In this demo, only the example command patterns work; nothing is sent, published, or charged.
